Our junior high offers a powerful head start, with 7th and 8th graders sharing a campus with high schoolers—gaining confidence and a clear view of what lies ahead. High schoolers embrace their role as leaders on campus, shaping a culture where everyone is known, included, and inspired to grow. 

Academics That Launch Futures

Pinewood’s academic program is designed to challenge and inspire. With small classes and a 7:1 student-teacher ratio, students engage deeply with exceptional faculty—70% of whom hold advanced degrees.

Our curriculum prepares students for college and beyond, offering Honors, AP, and Advanced Topics courses across disciplines. Students typically take six academic classes per semester and graduate ready to thrive in the next chapter.

Every Pinewood student receives individualized college counseling beginning in 10th grade, forming a 1:1 relationship with a dedicated counselor that lasts through graduation. Our approach is personal, thoughtful, and grounded in each student’s unique strengths, interests, and goals.
